Many stretches on the recently revamped Sohna Road do not have any footpaths. At many stretches like Rajiv Chowk-Subhash Chowk and Subhash Chowk-Vatika Chowk. Many stretches do not have any space to construct footpath in future.
There are no zebra crossings or traffic signals and dedicated walkway for pedestrians to cross the road. Thousands risk their lives daily to cross road under heavy non stop traffic.
It's shame on pathetic road designing and engineering. Local administration is totally blind to these problems and do not act at all. Wherever there are footpaths, these are heavily encroached or used by bikers driving even in wrong directions. Even traffic police is not deployed to check wrongside or footpath driving.
