1. The #WeMakeGurgaon contest is a property of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL)

2. The contest is applicable only to residents of Gurgaon (Haryana). If, at any stage, it is found that the participant does not fulfil this basic criteria, the entry will be disqualified.

3. If a participant is selected as a winner, she/he will be required to submit a valid address proof of residency in Gurgaon to receive the prize.

4. There is no fee for participation.

5. Each users can participate only once and the entries cannot be modified. If the user participates more than once, only the first entry will be considered.

6. While participating in the contest, participant is required to fill Full Name, valid mobile number and valid email id to be eligible.

7. As part of the contest, all questions need to be answered correctly to be eligible for a chance to win prize. Only entries complete in all respects will be considered.

8. 5 correct entries daily will be randomly selected as winners (BCCL reserves the right to change the number of daily winners).

9. Prizes will include gift vouchers (denominations and brands can vary). Selection of prizes shall be the sole discretion of BCCL.

10. By participating in the contest, all participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the contest.

11. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

12. Participants will be solely responsible for any expenses incurred in participating in the contest or in the acceptance and use of the prizes.

13. Employees of BCCL, TIL, sponsors, Leo Digital and other associated agencies and their immediate families and relatives are not eligible to participate in the contest.

14. BCCL shall not be responsible for any loss or damages suffered by the winner while participating in the contest. All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

15. Any prizes given for the contest winners will not be exchanged for their value in cash or for other prizes.

16. BCCL will not be responsible for any defects / inadequacy in the products given away as prizes and the same would have to be addressed to the manufacturer directly. BCCL would not be liable to replace/exchange the prizes at any stage of the offer.

17. BCCL reserves the right to modify, cancel, discontinue, or terminate the contest at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
